50B Electric Platform Truck

The 50B is a pedestrian-controlled electric platform truck built for moving heavy loads around warehouses, factories, workshops and yards. It carries up to 1,000kg on its deck and can tow up to 2,000kg, so it covers both carrying and towing.

The tiller head has forward and reverse butterfly switches on both sides, so the operator can drive it comfortably from either side. A built-in safety feature makes the truck reverse automatically if it touches the operator while moving. A horn on the tiller head, a reversing bleeper and a charging indicator light are all fitted as standard.

It runs on a 1.5kW motor with a 24V 225Ah battery bank. Hydraulic brakes on both wheels give reliable stopping, and the speed can be set to suit your site. The built-in charger plugs into any standard 13A socket, so there's no separate charging equipment to look after. Ackermann steering keeps it easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces, and the tyre-filled wheels mean no punctures. A key-operated isolator switch (supplied with two keys) keeps the truck secure when it's not in use.

The finish is yellow as standard, or any single colour of your choice.
