<h2>1. Introduction</h2>
<p>These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, lease, and servicing of vehicles, parts, and related services from South East Electric Vehicle Services ("SEEVS", "we", "us", "our") through our website and directly with our team. By placing an order, entering into a lease agreement, or using our services, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.</p>

<h2>2. Products and Vehicles</h2>
<p>We supply, lease, and service electric and low-speed vehicles, parts, and accessories. For a number of the vehicles and parts we supply, SEEVS acts as an agent on behalf of the manufacturer. Specifications, images, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but actual vehicles and parts may vary slightly from those shown, and manufacturers may update specifications from time to time.</p>

<h2>3. Orders and Payment</h2>

<li><strong>Parts and servicing:</strong> Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.</li>
<li><strong>Vehicle purchases:</strong> Payment is due on delivery of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.</li>

<p>Once a purchase order has been raised, this constitutes a binding order on the terms agreed. Prices are correct at the time of quotation but may be subject to change prior to order confirmation, particularly where costs are affected by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.</p>
