250-1000 Electric Platform Truck (4 Wheeler)

The 250-1000 is a compact, pedestrian-controlled electric platform truck designed for moving loads of up to 1,000kg around warehouses, workshops, factories and yards. The deck is a one-piece timber platform, 1700mm long and 1000mm wide, and sits low at 400mm, which makes loading and unloading easy. The 400mm sides and rear are removable, so you can run it as an open flatbed or with the sides on for loose or smaller items.

Safety features are built in. An emergency stop is fitted as standard and cuts power to the truck, and there is an emergency stop button on the tiller head. A butterfly switch on the tiller head controls forward and reverse, and an ignition switch (supplied with two keys) keeps the truck secure when it isn't in use. A forward motion bleeper, a reverse sounder and a flashing beacon alert people around the truck, and the beacon can be specified to suit your site.

It is powered by a 1200W SEPEX motor with a motor brake, controlled by a Curtis SEPEX electronic controller. Two 12V 130Ah sealed monobloc batteries provide the power, and a battery/hour meter lets you keep an eye on charge and usage. The charger is built into the vehicle with a lead and 13 amp plug, so you can charge from a standard socket without any separate equipment. The rear axle has an integral differential, and the solid elastic wheels never puncture and are built for strength.

The truck can be painted in any single colour of your choice.
